What is Dandelion?


The plant that symbolizes Happiness.


Dandelion is a plant with a yellow flower. The European settlers brought it to America in the mid -1600s and used the leaves, stem, flower, and root for medicinal purposes.

Dandelion has a slightly bitter, with a chicory like taste and can be used in teas, smoothies, juices, and oatmeal.

  • Dosage

    Capsules: Two capsules a day, with a 8oz glass of water.


    Tea:  Boil 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of Dandelion inside tea infuser, steep for 8-10 mins ready to serve.
